CANCELLATION POLICY

Our stylists REQUIRE a minimum 24 hours notice before cancellation.

If you booked your appointment online, you can cancel it through the email that was sent or through your Acuity account. If you booked your appointment through phone, please call us during business hours or send an email to purplejadebis@gmail.com

LATE ARRIVALS

We understand that life can get hectic and things happen. However, late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may not be guaranteed service and could be asked to reschedule.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

At Purple Jade Hair Design, we strive to ensure every client leaves happy. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days to discuss your options. Please note that we do not offer refunds on completed services. However, our team will gladly work to adjust your hair to your liking. Additionally, please note that opened or used retail products cannot be returned or refunded.

REMINDERS

If you booked through online booking, you will be sent reminders for your appointment. However, this is just a courtesy. It is your responsibility to remember your appointment.

SERVICE PRICING

Please note that our listed prices are starting rates and vary based on your selected stylist, as well as your hair's unique length, thickness, and history. Additionally, some of our hairstylists operate as independent contractors who set their own prices separate from salon rates.

For complete transparency, we always recommend asking your hairstylist before your service begins how much the total cost will be. To ensure you know exactly what to expect beforehand, we highly recommend booking a complimentary 10-minute consultation. This allows us to assess your hair and provide an accurate, customized quote prior to your main appointment.

INCA GLOW TREATMENT

Is Inca Glow a Keratin Smoothing Treatment?

No. Inca Glow is a Non-Keratin smoothing system that uses an Amino acid Complex that allows the product to provide long lasting anti-frizz effect along with smoothing and shine. Keratin treatments may have challenges fighting frizz as it is a large molecule that can be drying.

What are the active ingredients in Inca Glow?

Inca Oil, Glycolic acid, Lactic acid and other amino acids complete the all-natural formula.

How long does Inca Glow last?

Inca Glow lasts between 12 and 16 weeks depending on lifestyle and maintenance.

Can a Inca Glow Service be performed on hair that has already been chemically treated?

Yes. Inca Glow is not only safe to use over previous chemical services. In fact, Inca Glow can help to replenish & nourish hair that has been previously damaged.
