If you booked your appointment online, you can cancel it through the email that was sent or through your Acuity account. If you booked your appointment through phone, please call us during business hours or send an email to purplejadebis@gmail.com
We understand that life can get hectic and things happen. However, late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may not be guaranteed service and could be asked to reschedule.
At Purple Jade Hair Design, we strive to ensure every client leaves happy. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days to discuss your options. Please note that we do not offer refunds on completed services. However, our team will gladly work to adjust your hair to your liking. Additionally, please note that opened or used retail products cannot be returned or refunded.
If you booked through online booking, you will be sent reminders for your appointment. However, this is just a courtesy. It is your responsibility to remember your appointment.

To ensure you know exactly what to expect, we highly recommend booking a complimentary 10-minute consultation. This allows us to assess your hair and provide an accurate, customized quote prior to your main appointment.
